Boarding and Training Packages for Your Puppy Training

Puppy training is essential when you decide to adopt a dog, but not everyone knows how to do this on their own. Turn to Anam Cara Pups if you need help training your fur baby. Take a look at our boarding and training packages:

$1200 - 2-Week Training Basics

  • Puppies Age 8-12 Weeks
  • Potty training is started, and basic training is introduced and reinforced: sit, down, come, leashing, and off-leash walking.

$2400 - 4-Week Training Basics Plus

  • Puppies Age 8-12 Weeks
  • Potty training is mostly completed (the puppy will still need to be monitored for “cues”). Basic training will be reinforced further, and the puppy will be taught proper greeting and socializing with new people. A few “party tricks” are introduced, like shaking, rolling over, or sitting pretty.

$1500 - 2-Week Training Basics

  • Puppy Age 12-16 Weeks
  • Potty training is started, and basic training is introduced and reinforced: sit, down, come, leashing, and off-leash walking.

$3000 - 4-Week Training Basics Plus

  • Puppy Age 12-16 Weeks
  • Potty training is mostly completed (the puppy will still need to be monitored for “cues”). Basic training will be reinforced further, and the puppy will be taught proper greeting and socializing with new people. A few “party tricks” are introduced, like shaking, rolling over, or sitting pretty.

What You Need to Know
Our training sessions can be done in person or online. We’ll do a free virtual assessment where we discuss goals as well as issues we may be working through to make sure our options will fit your dog’s needs.

Other Training Services

We have an in-person or virtual 4-week training course where we meet with you and your dog for an hour twice a week to work on basic training for $800. You can also ask us to travel to you at an additional cost. For specific tasks you want to work on, we offer special sessions at $125 per session.

Dog Transport Service

Delta is our preferred airline for your dog transport, and the cost is computed as follows:
  • Flight nanny cost beak down - airline ticket cost + pet fee ($125) + $85 per hour with the dog from initial take off to final touchdown per flight plan at booking (pet carrier included) = total cost. Nanny fee covers time for any delays as well as the flight nanny’s time from puppy drop off until they make it back to starting location.
  • Upgraded carrier option for puppies planning on traveling in the future for an additional $40 - Sherpa brand carrier which offers a “on board guarantee” which means their carrier will not be the reason you are denied boarding and will refund you the ticket cost if it is denied (you must fill out the flight info in advance on the site)
Price is locked in at the time of booking and subject to change with the price of a plane ticket. Other charges may occur if additional flights or transport are required to pick the dog up.

Dog Breeding

We will now begin to produce our own litters and offer stud services. Our males and females are all health tested and DNA tested. With this, we are happy to offer a 2-year health guarantee against any genetic diseases. Our focus is primarily on Health and Temperament. We utilize a variety of puppy curricula to help produce happy, confident puppies capable of becoming your Anam Cara.
